January 2026: Our Most Experimental Month Yet

Entering 2026, we made a quiet promise to ourselves at My Trove Jewels. To try before we feel ready and to trust the process even when it feels a bit scary.

This month, we’ve challenged ourselves to pull off our most ambitious and experimental stretch yet. The honest truth? We feel equal parts excited and terrified. Which usually means we’re doing something right.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 #𝟭: 𝗛𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

This is our first time stepping fully beyond jewellery and into end-to-end customisation in an event where we take the lead. Partnering with SonderHaus, we’re bringing a Hat Customisation Station to London for an evening built around creativity and play. Hats become the base, mixed media and texture do the talking and the TROVE touch ties it all together. We’re making every decision ourselves, learning as we go and letting the process unfold in real time.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 #𝟮: 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝘄 + 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

To close the month, we’re bringing the Glow + Create Experience alongside melaSKN.

This one is more than an event. We’re aiming to curate a fully immersive experience for 100 attendees on a very real, very tight budget all centered around african botanicals. It’s been our biggest event design project so far, from

★ figuring out a way to combine jewellery + skincare

★ lighting & sound

★ spatial and location design

★ curated product experiences (courtesy of Nutrabytes)

★ and our signature charm bar, shincare discovery station & a mini talk show

We used ChatGPT visualisations early on to help pull the ideas out of our heads and into something tangible. Seeing the world laid out visually made it feel real in a way words couldn’t.

This month has been a proper labour of love. Spreadsheets, late nights, creative risk-taking and a lot of belief. We’re excited to share how it all unfolds and to keep building spaces where people can create, connect and glow a little brighter.
