Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Orders: If your order includes custom or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 5 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (UK):
    • Standard Shipping: £2, estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
    • Express Shipping: £4, estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
    • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped if you have taken tracking options. This is not provided with every order. Use this number to monitor the delivery status.

    We are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any items. 

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at mytrovejewels@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping charges.
