At My Trove Jewels, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do! But if for any reason you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, no worries! You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and not a custom-made or personalised piece.

Now for the small print: you'll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us, and unfortunately, we can’t refund those shipping costs 🚚💸. But hey, that’s just part of the adventure!

Thank you for choosing to attend a My Trove Jewels workshop. We’re delighted to have you as part of our growing community and can’t wait to create something beautiful with you. Each workshop is designed with care, intention, and joy — and your support directly contributes to sustaining an independent creative business grounded in wellness, connection, and craftsmanship.

As a small business, we take great pride in providing an enriching, hands-on experience and do everything possible to ensure your time with us is both enjoyable and valuable. With that in mind, we kindly ask you to take a moment to familiarise yourself with our refund and cancellation policy, which allows us to continue delivering high-quality workshops while maintaining fairness and sustainability for all involved.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that life happens — unexpected circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or emergencies can arise. While we truly empathise with these situations, we must also balance them with the reality of what it takes to organise each workshop.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop.
    This is because, at this stage, we will have already incurred fixed costs, including venue hire, materials, service providers, and preparation time. These commitments are non-refundable to us and are essential for ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees.
  • For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund, credit note, or the option to transfer your place to another individual. Please email us at mytrovejewels@gmail.com to discuss your options.
  • No-shows without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund or credit under any circumstances.


Why This Policy Matters

We believe in transparency and sharing our process with our community. Unlike larger companies, we operate on tight margins — not only to provide an affordable and accessible creative outlet for others, but also to support our own livelihood. Each ticket contributes to venue rental, high-quality materials, preparation time, charm selections, and other hidden costs that go into making the event run smoothly.

We are also often required to provide final numbers to venues and vendors ahead of time, and late cancellations affect not only us but also other small businesses we partner with.

Your ticket supports not just an event, but an ecosystem of creativity, collaboration, and community wellbeing. For that, we are truly grateful.

Transferring Your Ticket

If you are unable to attend, we welcome you to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Just send us an email at least 48 hours before the event with the name and email of the person who will be attending in your place. We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes, but please understand that we can’t guarantee substitutions after this window.

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, government regulations), we will offer you a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session. You will be contacted directly via the email you provided at the time of booking.

Agreement
